To day I'm at work, and is a blessing to have a job, that you like.My only problem is that the staff has been making some life threatening mistakes.I watch over my nurses an help within my job discipline . But this is huge. I know for a fact that other hospitals are the same. Their should be some kind if investigation into hospital care, not to get nurses in trouble but to fix this problem that has pledged our hodpitals. What do you think?
You're right, but if these are mistakes being made all over that aren't being caught, it would be really hard to stop them in the future, unless these nurses realize their mistakes and learn from them
